Good post Mary, but the Good One Inc, is one of the numerous consultants who are wound deeply into the fabric of the group of players who control Spah and MNDP. Our CEO is the financial officer for the other company, and that CEO is a director of our company. Keith Fields is involved with both, as well as Amber Sunset ventures LL, and The good one Inc.(Michelle McDonald) who, pre-split was supposedly recieving a monthly consulting fee for finding aquisitions for SPAH. Michelle McDonald set up Avalon Perspectives, which was then aquired by SPAh, and that's where Graham Gulch saga begins. Dale Henry, SPAH CEO, is the one issuing the shares, and controlling the dilution of the company. Flood the company with emails and phone calls, and maybe someone will get though, and get an answer. After all, it's our money he is playing with.
