The trend that has been ongoing for the last five years is that more people look for work in Russia and less in the U.S. and Canada.
We also see the people of Kyrgyzstan like those of Ukraine looking to Russia for work and l would also hesitate to put Kyrgyzstan in the West’s pocket just yet.
Poland has a little more on the table than a justifiable fear and/or suspicion of Russia, Germany and France
Timoshenko's government announced that it planned to build a new oil and gas pipeline from the Caspian across Ukraine into Poland, which would lessen Ukraine's reliance on Moscow oil and gas supplies. Timoshenko also revealed that the Ukrainian government was in positive talks with Chevron, the former company of US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, for the project.
