It is complete. Pump has said he has been there and sampled
the chow. There are also videos for the Lunch Truck show
that I think mention it. I remember Joe Amorim telling the
reporter about the extra space and saying they were waiting
for the machines to clear customs. I can see a street view
and overhead view on Google Maps. The addition built on
the rear of the Bldg is clearly visible.
My question is about who pays for the ingredients? Since
the kitchen and staff are Interstate employees, not Cono,
and they order basic ingredients from distributors for the
lunch trucks, does Cono pay for what goes in the cones
that do or will go out to the boardwalk venders, etc? How
is that going to work, that's the question.
