Simple, dstv is not reporting nor will it be. There are too many comingled instruments not to mention I am holding $100k in seperate debt. Since you brought it up, the attorney who represents %40 shares in the outstanding ( not including the 18 million shares I represent) has explained that the transactions from 2009 to date are worthless paper. It was also explained that the "legacy" investors will NOT fund with current management in place. Now since we both have a direct ties with management, I believe this is a DEAD HORSE.... reason ? Management is trading the stock and you know it.
