The legal BS will probably create a few more buying opportunities between now and then. I'm gonna budget for it.
They are taking about 2.5 million ounces out of the supply stream which should contribute to a rising silver price.
When those same 2.5 million ounces per year production return to the supply stream with silver over 50 bucks an ounce we'll see a tremendous bounce back.
