sly, you cannot compare prices from the time of the year when oil prices are at a peak to prices from a time of year where they are historically lower! It is a fact, even with inflation adjusted, current gas prices are the highest they have ever been at this time of the year and could be downright oppressive by the time the Summer season hits.
