NSRS just announced a few minutes ago that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an interest in an option to several producing gold and silver properties in mexico with estimated reserves of $4.5 billion.
The properties in question are fully producing mines! This means that as soon as everything is officially closed NSRS will officially be a gold and silver producer.
It will also give the company access to a lot of resources to potentially fast-track its Nevada and Arizona projects dramatically.
This is the BEST news we have seen from the company since last year! It is a total game changer!
It's going to be interested to see the public response to this news. In early trading it seems that NSRS is soaring as everyone buys shares.
iri is sticking very hard to their $5 target set on NSRS and they are still recommending it as a 'STRONG BUY' and now it seems they have a brand new additional reason to stick to that!
Despite the recent up/down swings it looks like NSRS has stabilized a lot, and we could really be in for a new run now thanks to the announcement that has just come out!

NSRS just released some of the most fantastic and most promising news we have seen so far!
Everyone who was not patient enough may soon regret it! The company may be in full gold production overnight very soon as they just signed an loi to acquire an interest in 4 producing mines with reserves estimated at over 1.7 billion dollars in mexico!
While the stock is slightly down today we think that most people did not pay attention to the news feed and did not see this phenomenal announcement that came out a few hours ago.
As people become aware of this news we could very well end the day in the green and possibly experience one of the best weeks ever starting Tuesday when everyone gets back in from this long president's day week end!
We remained patient with NSRS and we feel like the patience is about to finally pay off. A lot of people are buying as much NSRS as possible in light of this most recent news.
Just remember that iri still has a $5 target on NSRS which is nearly 1,000% possible gains from current levels, and that target is looking more and more like a bargain as the days pass!
