No problem, that was the quick version..... Awhile back I made a detailed post with all the filings and dates and my summary... I went back to pull up the old post and when I did I found all the links were destroyed.
It wasn't the only old CBIS post I found that had been butchered by whoever so I keep reposting it from time to time...
