Not sure myself. But a couple of NSRS longs claim to be in tight with NEWYAWKBIGMONEY. These supposedly deep pockets guys can easily influence the pps of stocks that are crashing, like NSRS. However, it also seems that most of the time NEWYAWKBIGMONEY never materializes.

We will have to see what happens with NSRS.
