LOCN fully reported shell and otcbb listed. Thats a great R/M sign. The management work not so long without reason. Youre rigth. Not normaly for a SHELL. But this shell have a real chance to close a reverse merger. Then 1-3-5$ pps possible.

You have followed the shell but have you followed any of Heskett's other r/ms. One jumped over $5. This guy is real and rumor is that they are getting close. Nice try if you are trying to buy cheap shares but many have been holding for as long as you have been watching. Some bought at .30 and they are not giving their shares away at this price.
