Nranger -- the infamous 'market' will set the price -- a price where a willing seller and a willing buyer both are happy with the price.
Beyond that, all you really have is the POR and the 'value' you personally believe is on the table. Divided by the 200m NewCo shares. And any P/E premium a buyer/seller wants to personally place on it, etc, etc..
Your estimation of that value may not be the view of someone else -- that's why the 'market forces' will come into play.
