You have hit the nail on the head. I am continuing to gather evidence against Mike Parsons. It appears that Mike told all of us (suckers) to buy ALCL stock from the company. He just happened to keep all of our money ($250,000) instead of giving to ALCL as payment for our shares. Then Mike starts putting out press releases that he is going to merge with ALCL and move CPWY up to the OTCBB. But Mike never paid the balance owed for the shares that he currently holds. So the merger falls thru after Mike cons additional investors to invest in CPWY because it was going to move up the the OTCBB.

So here again he scams ALCL, he scams CPWY investors and he even scams his friends in his own home town.

I am sure that no one is surprised to find out that their really is NO HONOR AMONG THIEVES.

WHERE WILL MIKE PARSONS STRIKE NEXT.
