**read the previous 8k folks. we are paying for the purchase of illume. we have 2 companies into 1. illume owns valuable patents/great connections/great product specializing in the enterprise/commercial markets

**read the lastest pr from st clair - launches CONSUMER website for phoneguard app

**once the dilution for the purchase of illume is over, we go up

are you serious??? no i don't believe him, not even a little bit. it is awful what they have done to this stock/company... the should be embarrassed and ashamed and I certainly do not feel bad that he is getting nasty emails, he deserves them and much more.

St.Clair deserves every nasty e-mail that was sent to him yesterday and possibly today.

Mine in particular was about a page long.

The lack of communication from this Company to it's investors is just one of the problems going on here!!

I won't get into the rest.
