The 10724 and 11028 are static in each link, so they probably let the company know where the user was when they clicked on the link in this case "http://amads-theartgallery.art.officelive.com" the other number after /z/ is probably the inventory number on atrinsic's side that forwards the user to the correct site with the correct promotion.
