10Q isn't due. Q4 2011 will be in the 10K due on or around 3/31. The 10K has 90 days to file, unlike the the 10Qs. The next 10Q we'll see is around 5/15 for Q1 2012.
They haven't missed any filings. They aren't late, and I'll bet my britches they won't be.
