They have no other source of income other than selling stock. They can't get a investment banker to cough up a penny without something other than theory. leases, permits, research, testing etc all needs to happen before anyone has anything of value to chance putting any substantial cash into the hands of the people running this show. Until then expect lower PPS and continued dilution. All just strictly my opinion. Wouldn't be the first time I was wrong but can't see why it would be.
