For one to three weeks I will not be able to trade while waiting for the new shares to be delivered by the TA. During that time the price will plummet because although most retail traders will be waiting like myself, others will be able to sell (probably not retail). The news will have to be really good to get buyers to buy enough to keep the price up. After the retail traders are able to trade there will even be more pressure down as many people get out with what they can. There will be a bounce at sometime and I have made money buying when it stalls in its drop and selling during the bounce.
A lot depends on the company and what news they give us. I would not count on them playing this well.
