Where did you hear that margins are going to be flat despite the prison projects ??? I think you misunderstood something. On the call they guided for sharply higher margins, from 21.6% adjusted EBITDA to roughly 26% in 2012. So a very big increase. The prison construction is very high margin compared to homes.
