I see there is a hearing on 3/8 regarding Apple's patent infringement claim. Looks like they are renegotiating retirement benefits too, just as AAMRQ did. My thought is that the judge will throw out Apple's thing so the process can move forward - any word on that patent auction?
Those patents were the reason I thought maybe this BK would not happen.
The ITC judgements (at least the initial determinations) will come first (I think) and if they are on EK's side will be a very positive sign for the patent sale.
