Can't you tell when there's nothing left to argue over?
I don't think there is a person here who is confused about what was said or meant, other than you. The government claims 42.2% on my share of Intel's earnings as distributed in the form of dividends. More when you add in State taxes. I know and everyone else knows that 42.2% does not apply to Intel's entire earnings, just the amount payed out as dividends. I know and everyone else here knows that Intel pays the first 27.2% and I pay the additional 15%. That adds up to 42.2% total for the distributed funds. Arguing about this is silly and childish.
