Yeah sure they are trying to earn an honest living by scamming new investors. A press release and all you can move is .61%. The market has spoken. And the only people chatting is ....well.. You ask what is my connection to RAYS? Well lets just say that this is my first pump and dump. I had actually believed in this company before I found out it was a fraud. You have to go overseas to find contracts because you know that your tech would'nt slide here in the USA. Investor beware. There is nothing left here but dwindling profits.
