Verify it for yourself on a calculator. Get one with really big buttons.

My immediate point was that buybacks are a pretty lousy vehicle for distributing corporate earnings to shareholders.

I never said otherwise, however if taxes raise on dividends, which I doubt, it may look differently.

The larger point is that your opinions about corporate taxation and wealth extraction are demonstrably idiotic.
