That would have no effect on the release of a late filing notice other than to provide a reason for being late. Whatever the circumstance, they still needed to file a late notice at the very least. They didn't do that.
At some point you're going to need to stop making excuses for them.

Nah - we know from the "recent" filings that Kit Chambers is the one actually writing these documents, showing (as if we didn't already know!) that Phykitt is merely a puppet in the hands of the crooks who really control this sorry scam.
Besides it's not difficult or onerous to file an NT 10-Q. Failure to do even that minimum requirement is invariably the sign of a scam company.
