Keep in mind that the big guys have 44 million shares in hands according to last filing.

Those shares have been hitting the market and umm the stock has yet to move.. Where do you think the dilution is coming from? They have been walking it down as they dilute. It's been proven by the increase in the share structure that badger has posted and also has been updated at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SPAH/company-info

What you see here is the company is selling shares to insiders or funders or both

Do you have proof of this? Who exactly do you mean by funders?
