Thanks, but SEC regulation on approving authorized shares proposed by BOD abundantly clear.

It was your man, toxicdebt, who spoke in layman's terms when he called restricted shares "authorized" when converted to unrestricted via opinion letters and SEC approval. They were always authorized shares in legal terms.
