The company has not spoken on this event at all yet, so we cannot blame the company for PR or lack of PR. The event is two months away, and there are probably so many moving parts, that it doesn't make any sense to PR it yet. The date just changed, muscians are still being booked.
If the high school wants to send out a basic announcement PR, why not? Let's not count on anything earth-shattering to affect PPS yet.
