Ahh..but things have changed haven't they..all of a sudden it got important and has been echoed several times and in a publicly broadcast CC! Had you not been dog looking you would have heard it mentioned several times! Getting current has become a priority because investors that put down big bucks have required it! Interesting that I stated investors with "big" bucks isn't it! Possible food for thought...AHHH!
If being current was so important why did they delist for a year?
'
i don't know
but i'll take a guess and assume why
maybe they did it as they saw that things were going to take longer than they had hoped to get everything where they needed it to be
and therefore by delisting voluntarily they could save a ton of money and then also lessen the need for more dilution than what they had to do
therefore
from both a business standpoint, saving money which would have been wasted keeping current when there was no advantage to being current
it was a super intelligent move
and also by not wasting all that money on being current when it would not matter they also did not have to dilute more shares, and were thinking of the loyal shareholder by not doing so
how's that for an assumption as to maybe why they delisted
i don't know for sure, but one could certainly assume that to be one possible theory
