Apparently, the international language is Spanish now. Have you looked out your window lately or bought anything at the store? My guess is if the docs had been submitted in Spanish, they would have already had a translator on site to complete the paperwork without additional help from the company.
Well..I don't know about their intention but I certainly have read enough emails to know that this is talked about as something they are striving for! I don't know if it would matter to me or not...it might to you since you understand that side of things better than me! As far as the leases being in Chinese..I concede that one to you....but I don't blame Jeff for it! I have to give that one to the attorney of record! He certainly isn't doing them any favors..I don't see any benefit to Jeff fibbing about that! This is what I mean..you are trained to look for things that I never would question! See I wouldn't question that because it's like wearing a sign that says "kick me"! What do they have to gain by being stupid enough to not understand the law or the rules for reporting? But as I said..I concede that point to you..but I award the attorney with the "dumb ass" award for that one!
If they become current this week will that change your mind? Just curious as to what it will take for you to become positive? As you can see I'm positive now! Some good friends have led me to the light that CAGR will become! I have reinvested again! And plan on getting more before it becomes out of my finacial reach!
