PARENT'S are in charge of the phone being purchased and the PHONEGUARD APP they have installed on any of their children's phones..they are the ADMIN..therefore the children have no choice but to have PHONEGUARD and use it! this app will stop texting and driving cold.. OPMG IMHO

you need a data plan to download Phone Guard. Kids who have a "dumb phone" can text and drive all they want. You need a smart phone to download apps
