That someone was an unemployed individual, who now is the acting CEO (Face puppet). It looks as though Ken’s shell game between Graffiti and SDVI were a huge success.
IMO Ken WAS and IS a total ZERO and what he did to some SDVI investors concerning the GRAFF FIASCO should be reported to the SEC for an immediate investigation. But the SEC normally wont get involved unless many investors contact the agency about some significant problem. And obviously the GRAFF deal was very significant to some shareholders. GLTA.
