how this company can sell 3.88 billion shares and still be at 0.0001 is beyond me. chew on that.pretty good scam.

after the r/s the a/s is 4,000,000 not billion some else substantiate this please.

which is the difference? if there are 38.8 billons at 0.0001 or 3.88 billons at 0.001 it is the same, all is proportional. am i right???

The problem and good thing about a R/S is that it will bring liquidity. For the first couple of weeks while our brokers wait to get the new stock from the TA most of us will not be able to trade but some will. The pps will drop by half or three quarters before some of us will be able to sell. There are a lot of shareholders that will be glad to be able to get some of their money back. If you want out with something then the R/S is good for you. If you want to make money on your "investment" the R/S is very unlikely to be good for you.

There will be a bounce when all the people wanting to sell have sold. I have made my money back on a couple of R/S by buying at the bottom and selling into the bounce. So all is not lost.

Bunte, I know what you are saying, and agreee
But after the 10K:1 R/S our A/S is suppose to be 4Million
Millions much better then Billions imo
and the pps should be around $1
I just think alot of investors are more likely to invest in a company with 4 Million A/S then 38.8Billion A/S
plus if they can come out with news that units are beginning to be constructed and moving forward to having a unit online producing revenues is even more attractive for potential investors.
imo it just seems a stocks pps will move up quicker with 4 Million shares then 38.8 Billion shares.
I myself have done nothing but lose money on stocks with Billions of shares in past. I plan on sticking with those in millions in the future myself. Hard lesson for me to of learned.
Just hope we get some news soon as to what is going on, with the R/S, the units and the other avenues they are working.
I'm ready to see this .0001 gone for good and see some $$$$$
