It would take a whole lot of employees buying into the fact that they want to work for thier employer. A WHOLE LOT OF EMPLOYEES. This after management squandered the the corporate coffers - A WHOLE LOT OF EMPLOYEES - the kind that that are VERY HARD to persuade - they don't drink kool-aid.
