Since the only listed outcome is ORR, it looks like they plan to unblind the data before getting the PFS and OS numbers.

When they unblind the data it will be way past the time all
the treatment cycles have been completed and the ORR computed.
This can not affect the statistics of the median PFS and OS
when they are later reached. It could if the patients who did
not get Bavi, but who got placebo with their chemo, were allowed
to cross over and get Bavi, assuming it works better, but this
trial does not allow for that.
