Pack, you said dean wrecked the whole company and lost everything for shareholders. You wrote it off in your mind then, so why keep complaining.

Jeff did nothing for shareholders. Joe has lent Q $150K out of his pocket to keep the company alive. You could of stepped up and took over if you wanted to. Heck, if you a good business plan and paid joe the $150k he lent, he would probably let you be CEO. Oh, I a plan that includes paying back the $180k that joe is owed. Obviously over time.

Isn't it really yours and other shareholders fault for not selling when Dean was revealed to be a crook? Heck, you could of sold when Jeff was terminated.

Further, you could of sold when the centa deal collapsed.

There were many exit points, but you made the decision to hang on and not sell.
