DKGR...To specifically answer to your question...All entities when looking at mergers or acquisition MUST be fully transparent for at least 30 days prior to the then to be successful endeavor! And in combination with the previous 10 day average pps prior to closing...The financial cost of such are rather hefty and time consuming but are very indicative that ...in this case' most likely there is a deal or deals in the works!...They just would not moving at such a formated pace and schedule unless time was of the essence...Pretty clear to sense the road ahead if you can read the signs.......SC
