I think what Joe said was that he was supposed to be paid for being the CEO, but as there is no money to pay him, the wages accrued. It was the accrued wages that were converted.
Yeah, it is funny, accrued wages converted to shares. Heard that somewhere before. LOL
But joe did not say how much the accrued wages were or what portion of the accrued wages were converted.
