no they don't, unfortunately the FINRA daily numbers are often mis-understood and mis-represented. the fact is they do not represent actual short positions.
not surprisingly, the only stocks where the FINRA daily numbers are referred to as actual short positions are on scams like FFGO as an excuse or cover up for pump and dump dilution.
The lights have been turned off long ago now... and the numbers you are using for your argument are a lie in the way you and all other people still pro ffgo are using them here...
