I have had a love hate relationship with vvus for years. a small secondary may be prudent until approval, if not approved it will make no difference. and if they wait and get approval they will be able to sell a lot fewer shares for a lot more money. a double from the current price would not shock me at all.
however, if approved, I expect a partner or buyer will appear quickly. every soccer mom in orange county will be popping the stuff like candy. although I find the thought of this repulsive, I am not above making a dime of it.
