SPNG has false Periodic reports - no reason for SPNG to file, they have nothing to file, it was all phony

SPNG is dead, SPNG will be revoked

I'm sure there were lots of people involved in the SPNG scams to defraud the share holders.. and I hope the DOJ rounds them all up

new owners can call it anything they want

but it won't involve any of the old SPNG share holders
