I have no idea what his plans are, IF he was honest in saying that it had to be done so that conversions COULD take place if people wanted to for the vote, but, then the vote was canceled, due to it being obvious that it would accomplish nothing, then the NEED for people to convert to vote is gone.
It is possible that Joe would simply convert everything he could, but as a businessman, that would be a very short term solution. IF there is a viable business possible here, he would make much more, in the long run, by proving himself as caring about investors as much as possible, given what has been handed him. (or that he took on when he took over)
On the other hand...........it is possible that if Jeff and Dean hold anything convertible, they would insist on converting, simply to hurt Joe as much as possible with the shareholders. Beats me.
After all, there are those who are claiming that Joe is behind that horrible pump on N, just to be a pain.
Too many games being played to know what games will be played. It seems like all possibilities are open, and many that know one knew could be a possibility, are happening.
