If this is an example of the accuracy of Lee's picks, I will not be following him.





I can't help but feel it's the panel that's out-of-whack here considering the drug's safety profile and the lopsided vote. Politics and group-think may have overrode science. Everyone agreed before the meeting the vote should have been close.

BTW I thought the drug eventually deserved the blessing of the advisory panel. I question whether the data yesterday was sufficient to honestly answer the concerns raised when Qnexa was rejected the first time around. VVUS appears to have done a good job finding data to counterbalance CV concerns.
