They do not have to file if on pinks or greys, correct?

yes they do have to file

I wish I had a nickel every time I heard that

being dropped to the pink or Gray market - does not relieve any company from filing

once a fully reporting company - always a fully reporting company

file the required periodic reports or face revoking

or .. if a company qualifies - they can file a form 15

Maybe more disgorged monies to come and will be distributed to shareholders by SEC.

Unfortunately NONE of the shareholders get that money. Creditors come first and IF there is any money they always come first. Shareholders RARELY if EVER get money from disgorgement.

There were no short positions and if there was they were minimal. Where do you see cases where "short sellers" were part of a disgorgement?

It's simply amazing what is made up in the penny market
