Ray, I've been in HDY since before the initial Blackrock issue. Maybe not as long as a lot of people. Just didn't discover investorhub until relatively recently. I have to make some points, though, to try to correct some misperceptions (see my earlier posts). The seabed seeps found on the concession, long before this well was drilled, are evidence of oil migration and this evidence was used by HDY in a lot their PR. So, at best, the well confirms what was already known. Sorry, but that's a fact. I think, as an investor/trader, you have to learn to see through some of the CC hype. RL is bound to put a positive spin on things - he's hardly going to say well we spent a 100 mill and didn't learn much. As for rapidly expressed interest - it may be true, I have my doubts. However, the good news is that the main prospective play has yet to be tested. So in a sense and in my view (and this is the point I am trying to get across) wew are still where we were. Getting a JV partner is not necessarily a slam dunk, though. Have to see what the 3D throws up.
