Yea, been an owner of UGSI for many years...check website, but no public financials. Head guy, Andy Seidel has tremendous record with US Filter (sold to Siemens--10 bagger over several years) HEK, as you know, owns piece of UGSI--I think about 7.5%. Andy on board of HEK.
