SAPX their OS went up another 8 million per their 10Q. Dec 2011 it has 22.6 million OS and per their Q yesterday their OS is up again.


As of February 15, 2012 there were 30,886,342 shares of Common Stock of the issuer outstanding.




This is probably why its down.
