Hi PTL,

Finally, I got a response from one of Steriwave director and the director of the JV steriwave-GDTtek. Yes, they invested and the JV is still effective. There was some delay but they are working on gettingn the first unit to be in operation and expecting this to happen within few months.

Note: according to the PR of the JV, once first unit is in operation, then steriwave will start funding the other 9MW PG&E projects. This will make a huge difference.
