If RKT is making making money that means that JBII is bringing in 4 times that amount.

Since RKT is providing the raw materials, JBI's operating costs will not be very high at all. After all the P2O process provides all of the heat energy required for operation after the initial start up.

Let's recap....

Input material.... free.
Largest operational energy requirement... free.
Land costs ..... free.

Payment to RKT 20% of sales. Payment to JBII 80% of sales.
