I tend to agree unless somebody knows something. Surely they did not announce a CC at this point without having the intention of clearly stating the processors are running and significant sales will show up in the first quarter 10Q. I am just not sure how many more "just wait until next quarter" pronouncements can be strung together without pretty significant impact to the stock. Surely the company understands that as well.

It's difficult to meet the expectations that are set by a CC or from financial results being due. I can't recall exactly, but I think we have have sold off pretty hard after about half of the CC's, and gone sideways after the rest. I can't recall a CC that was followed by a rise the day or week after. So, that may be why we see someone or group aggressively selling. You also never know when someone gets the itch to get out, or has an event to make them need to clear them out.

I'd be very surprised if this CC doesn't have some great news. Otherwise, there was no need to hold it.

Be sure and ask Johnny Dumpalot on the conference call how many shares the company was able to sell this week.
