Gump ..... That's very good to know.
So, if VALE dropped the option agreement & Ken didn't tell us about it, it is illegal as you said.
Great.
That could mean either VALE has not dropped the option agreement, or, Ken is doing something illegal.
However, what about VALE, are they responsible too ? I mean not telling the public about the drop ? At least to VALE shareholders ?

Concerning Mr. Thistle, he owns a LAW-FIRM, there must be other lawyers who specialize in business rules, right ?

Gump ...... All shareholders really need to look into this.
You said "It will be illegal" if Vale dropped the option agreement and Ken didn't tell us.
Hmmmmmm.... Amaazzzing.
Guess Vale is doing something illegal also by not telling their own shareholders if Vale dropped the option agreement and not telling to the shareholders.
Kind of complicated.
But very interesting.

Gump .... If Ken is doing something illegal,
then VALE is doing exactly the same thing.
So, both co are breaking the law as you said.

Gump ..... After 20 hours,
I still don't understand how & why only Ken is "illegal" but not VALE.
The law should be applied equally to both parties since the agreement involves all shareholders of both companies.
Lots of people may have bought VALE shares because of the option-agreement with KAT.
So, "material facts" should affect shareholders of both sides. Not just KAT shareholders.
Yes, KAT shareholders may get more piss'd than the VALE shareholders, still affected more or less the same way.
What would be the penalty for not letting shareholders know about the truth in case it is true ?
Seems quite complicated to me.
Thanks for explaining this matter.
Have a nice day.

Gump ..... Guess by now some people
are talking to their lawyers concerning the SILENCE of both VALE & KAT.
Both companies are doing something "illegal" I guess by not telling their shareholders what's going on with the option deal.
Mr. Gump, anything you want to suggest about this illegal acts ?
Thanks.

Gump ..... As a few posters said the option agreement is dead,
and all shareholders on both sides don't know anything about it,
seems like both companies are doing something illegal, at least one of them, now, base your experience, what can shareholders do besides complaining ?
Your advice will be appreciated.
Thanks.
