I remember it just needed to file a few pages of paper work for a business license, now over 30 pages and involve at least 4 agencies.
The Gov seems to stick its nose into everything.
As we know, a JV or BUYOUT involves BILLIONS of DOLLARS, sure it would take a long long time to come to a final contract. With Gov extra works, it could take even longer.
We can forget about those GOOD OLD DAYS.
